Project Units:

Task 1: Developing of Framework for Electronic Government Services, which includes all the necessary actions for:

• Development of an initial draft Framework for Electronic Government Services in the short term.
• Creation of partly study for the Certification Framework of Web Sites.
• Creation of partly study for Interoperability Framework and Electronic Transaction Services.
• Creation of partly study for Digital Authentication Framework. 
•  B, C and D update of the whole framework for Electronic Government Services.

Task 2: Design Data Standards and XML Schema, which include all the necessary actions for:

• Development of an initial draft for handing in the standard which has to do with interoperability in the short term.
• Creation of the Meta-Data.
• Detailed specification of all XML schemas.
• Management and maintenance of XML schemas.
• B'and C' update of the interoperability standard towards submission.

Task 3: Development of Educational Materials and organization of Seminars, which includes all the necessary actions for:

• Development of training and educational material.
• Organization of educational seminars.
• Awareness of bodies and conveyance of information.

Task 4: Coordination of bodies and Specialized Services, which includes all the necessary actions for:

• Open the project.
• Coordination of related bodies and the creation of thematic working groups.
• Development and function of the Information System for the cooperation of bodies.
• Project Management.
• Close the project.
